Our stay at Vin Pearl was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were greeted with outstanding service. The location and views from the hotel were incredible, offering exceptional views of the surrounding area. The rooms were of very high standard and beautifully designed. The pool was well set up and the gym and spa facilities were top class. The staff couldn't have been nicer, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Furthermore, the hotel had a wide array of western TV stations, ensuring we had plenty of entertainment options.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a block away from the bustling Pike Market and the beautiful waterfront. I could easily walk to popular tourist hotspots such as the art museum and Pioneer Square. It was so convenient that I didn't even need a car. Plus, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the modern facilities added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest.

We got great value for our money at Vinpearl Resort & Spa in Ha Long. The room was clean and modern with beautiful views. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, who treated us like royalty.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there was a wider variety of options.

The hotel is located on an island and offers a unique experience of getting there by boat. the views of the surroundings are magnificent and stunning. the staff at the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. They were willing to customize dishes to accommodate personal preferences.

There were some inconveniences due to the remote location of the hotel. It took some time to get back to the mainland for restaurants, so having a meal plan is recommended.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful view from our ocean view room. the room was clean, comfortable, and the balcony was a great spot to relax. the hotel's location on a private island added to the feeling of luxury. We loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and the opportunity to explore the hotel grounds.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the service in the restaurant was not up to par, with plates being cleared too quickly and a lack of understanding of European dining customs.

The convenient shuttle service to the mainland adds to the overall convenience of staying at this hotel.

The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing, and the spa, gym, and tennis court offered great options for fitness and relaxation. The business center was one of the best I've seen, and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The sushi at Akoya was delicious, and the staff there were really nice too. I had a really good and relaxing experience at this 5-star hotel, especially considering the great value for money.

Well-designed hotel with high-quality fittings and finish. Outdoor pools, pool bar, and staff were great.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff were fantastic, providing outstanding service and speaking fluent English. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two colossal outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and all facilities, including the rooms, corridors, gardens, and beach. The hotel even provided a golf buggy to transport us to the front door, which was a great touch. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, with groundskeepers ensuring not even a blade of grass was out of place. The location, situated on a private island with stunning views of the bay, added to the luxurious atmosphere.

Nothing to dislike.

I had a very good night's rest at Vinpearl resort! The room was amazing, with everything I could possibly need. They even provided flip flops and bath salts for the bath tub. The bed was spacious and the pillows and blanket incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast, which had a huge variety and was delicious. The pool and private beach were also great features. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing service, superb staff, beautiful resort, unique location, amazing pool area.

Couldn't fault.

The facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing. the boat only had 12 cabins, which made for a stress-free environment. the bed and washroom were centerpieces of the place and were extremely comfortable. the boat trip from the mainland to the island was something to look forward to every morning.

At this level of service and resort quality, I wished there were more pillows in the bed. There were only two, which was less than what I expected.
