The staff provided excellent support and assistance. The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations. I appreciated the prompt and helpful service from other employees. The comfortable bed and abundance of pillows and towels were great. The location was convenient and having a coffee maker in the room was a bonus.

We had a great mini memorial vacation in Bay City. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and we enjoyed trying different dishes every day. the coffee served was also really good. Additionally, the hotel offered a late check-out for the kids to enjoy the pool one last time, which was a nice gesture.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. the beverage machine during breakfast hours did not dispense some juices, which was disappointing.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved our stay at Comfort Suites Bay City. The facilities were outstanding, with a delicious breakfast and a great pool. We also appreciated the BBQ supplies provided, perfect for cooking up a meal together. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a sofa bed and fresh coffee. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to the day. this hotel offered fantastic value for money and we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
