I recently stayed at Criol in Queretaro for a few days with my family. The hotel design is exceptional, with a modern and tasteful aesthetic. The chill-out spaces are well arranged, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The garden and swimming pool are also a great addition. The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the old town centre, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and boutiques. The staff was always polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I loved the communal breakfast experience, with a personal chef cooking delicious omelets, fruit bowls, and hot chocolate.

My room had a fantastic private patio with amazing views of the surrounding area. The sunlight was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The breakfast at the communal table was also a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel despite minor noise issues.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We experienced a lack of hot water in the shower throughout our stay, despite reporting it to the hotel multiple times. This made showering quite uncomfortable, especially during the cold mornings and evenings.

The hotel location is convenient very close to the main plaza making it PERFECT right in the heart of the old town centre with lots of restaurants to choose from. The room is modern-minimalist, hip and very accommodating. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the hotel's design and atmosphere are remarkable. The dining area looked cool and tempting with breakfast cooked right in front of you.

The pool was not heated, so it wasn't very pleasant to use considering it wasn't hot outside anymore.

Wow! Hotel Criol in Queretaro is absolutely amazing. The architecture and design are stunning, creating a modern and minimalist vibe. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town center. The dining area is cool and offers delicious food that is cooked right in front of you. we had a fantastic experience.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel had a very impressive decor and design, which added to its overall charm. the rooms were beautifully designed and clean, with artistic touches that added to the ambiance. the location was perfect, right in the center and close to great restaurants. Being able to easily explore the town was a huge advantage.

The rooms were a bit small and the shower was not practical, as it only came from the ceiling. the swimming pool could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing.
