The pool and beach were nice, and the lifeguards were very vigilant. The staff members were polite and had good English skills. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of food options to choose from.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective, as it did not go below 25 degrees Celsius. This was a letdown, especially considering the premium price of the resort.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the beach and a large pool area. the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the service at the spa was excellent. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the food was tasty.

The communication with the staff was a bit difficult at times, as not all of them spoke fluent English. the check, in process was confusing and there seemed to be some issues with payment.

This resort has an amazing pool with different zones, a beautiful beach right at the doorstep, and immaculate grounds and buildings. The variety of restaurants and beach activities are a great bonus. The 2 bedroom beachfront villa exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, cleanliness, and wonderful ocean view. The private plunge pool and facilities were fantastic, and the smooth check-in and fun boat trip were a plus.

We had a great stay at the resort! the attention from the staff was amazing, they were always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. We particularly liked the complementary breakfast and the free shuttle service to explore the nearby attractions. the location was perfect, right by the beach, and we enjoyed the beautiful view and the beach activities.

We had some trouble finding information about the facilities, as there was not a clear directory or list of available activities in the room. some of the bikes available for rent were not in the best condition.

aspect: The resort was immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The manager, Vo Thi Dieu, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and comfortable. The spacious villas with pools were clean and refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Vinwonders, a nearby attraction, was worth visiting.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The manager and staff were extremely attentive and made sure we had the best time. The rooms were great and the location was amazing, right on the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch and we especially enjoyed the pools. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to buy tickets to the nearby theme park right at the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for those looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & Wellness Centre, Outdoor Swimming Pool, and Jacuzzi provide the ultimate relaxation. the beautiful Garden Area and Beach Access provide a stunning backdrop to enjoy. the Restaurant offers a delicious selection of cuisine, with a Snack Bar and Bar/Lounge area also available to enjoy.

The only minor issue we experienced at this venue was the average quality of the food at the Al la Carte restaurant. this was a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.

We had an amazing time at Vinpearl Resort & Spa! The staff were extremely polite and made everything super clear. Our room was spacious, clean, and had amazing views. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept our room tidy every day. The breakfast at Nah Trang restaurant was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. The hotel location was perfect for a relaxing holiday and the landscape was beautiful. The facilities for young children, like the kids' club, were excellent. The transportation in the hotel area and to the mainland was convenient. we had a fantastic experience at Vinpearl Resort & Spa and would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at Vinpearl and had a truly amazing experience. The resort itself is spacious and beautiful, with stunning views. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and always available to assist us. The variety of food options at the restaurant was impressive, with international dishes from Vietnamese to Russian cuisine. The guest service was top-notch, with helpful and fast assistance whenever needed. We also had a fantastic time at the spa, with the foot massage and full body Bali massage being incredibly relaxing. The animators at the resort were also great, providing us with information about excursions and entertainment. we had an unforgettable stay and cannot wait to return!

I recently stayed at a beach villa in Nha Trang with stunning views by the sea. The villa was spacious and clean, with cozy furnishings. I was impressed by the daily upkeep of the beach, which was always pristine. The staff tried their best and were nice throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the proximity of the main restaurants and other facilities in the hotel's garden.

I did encounter some issues with the housekeeping staff. The cleaning standards of the villa, especially the WC, did not meet the expected 5-star hotel standard.
