had a wonderful stay at a hotel in old quebec, perfect location, friendly staff, and beautiful upgraded room and bathroom. amazing check-in experience, valet service was top-notch, and the concierge was incredibly helpful. loved exploring the city and experiencing the charm of old quebec.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the comfortable bed and the excellent location. the bed was so cozy and provided a good night's sleep. the location was perfect as it was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. It made it easy for me to explore the city without having to travel far. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the lack of Wi-Fi in the room and the absence of a refrigerator. Not having Wi-Fi in my room was a major inconvenience, especially when my toddler was napping and I had nothing to do.

As a business traveler, I loved the convenient location near restaurants, cafes, and popular attractions. The hotel provided a comfortable bed, a spacious shower with excellent water pressure, and a Keurig for coffee. The friendly staff made my experience exceptional.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was right next to Chateau Frontenac and the old port area, and I could easily explore everything. The staff at Le Mordus was fantastic, and the food was delicious. My room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City.
