Our family room was incredibly spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, offering help with onward travel and providing free laundry service. We were also able to use the hotel's free airport pick-up and bikes to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered excellent facilities overall. I would highly recommend this place.

We recently stayed at Chez Mimosa in Hoi An and it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and the Old Town. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the foot bath that was provided every evening. we had a fantastic time at Chez Mimosa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Everything about our stay here was exceptional. the rooms were fantastic - clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the pictures. We loved the special touches they provided, like the foot spa on our last day. Lastly, the location was perfect - a quiet area but still within easy reach of the city.

We had an exceptional stay at Chez Mimosa Hoi An. The location was perfect for us, close to both the old town and the beach, making it easy to explore. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even drove us to the police station when our phone was stolen, free of charge. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a free laundry service, cooking class, and bamboo boat tour organized for us. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. we cannot recommend Chez Mimosa Hoi An enough and look forward to returning.

There were some minor issues with the toilet door lock and shower drainage, but they didn't cause any significant inconvenience.
