During our stay at Zazz Urban, we were amazed by the exceptional service provided by Katy and her team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always quick to address any concerns or needs, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The hotel room itself was well-designed and spacious, with high-quality amenities. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the occasional strange odor in the lift and the limited space in the bathroom, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we highly recommend Zazz Urban for its outstanding service and comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast was really good and the staff very welcoming. the bed and shower were comfortable and super clean. Another nice feature was the panoramic view that the hotel offered from its higher floors. the hotel is located near restaurants and shops which was convenient for us.

a few of the facilities such as the café and pool bar weren't always open.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to some great local Pho places and easily accessible by taxi. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the swimming pool offers a refreshing way to cool down after a hot day of exploring the city.

Some rooms may be on the smaller side, especially for couples or those staying for an extended period of time.

I had a great stay at this 4-star hotel! The room was so comfortable, with a cozy bed and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and gave me a warm welcome during check-in. They were also incredibly professional, as they quickly helped me retrieve some forgotten items from the safe in my room. The breakfast was unique and delicious. I loved that I could order anything from the menu, as many times as I wanted, and it was all freshly made. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop balcony and bar with a pool. The music selection was fantastic and made for a bright and relaxed evening.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.
