The views were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning sunsets over the river and a glimpse of the famous Victoria Falls. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and make our stay enjoyable. the room was spotlessly clean and well, maintained. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options including freshly cooked eggs and bacon. the free shuttle to the Falls and town was a great convenience. the swimming pool was refreshing and well, maintained.

Transportation options were limited and getting to other attractions was expensive. the staff could be slow in attending to our needs, and there were some issues with room service and communication.

Every room in the hotel also faces the water, which is a unique and stunning feature. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with clean and comfortable rooms that were well-maintained by the maids. What really impressed us was the helpfulness of Jennipher, who assisted us in planning our excursions with her extensive knowledge and local connections. The prearranged transport to the hotel was on time and well-organized, making our arrival hassle-free. The variety of meal options at the hotel, combined with the high standard of food, made each dining experience a delight.

I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Zambia and had a wonderful experience. The staff provided exceptional service and were always happy to assist. The hotel's decor was comfortable and done in an African style. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful river view. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the ambiance in the evening was magnificent. The free shuttle service to the falls and into town was a great convenience. I also enjoyed the various trips arranged by the hotel, such as a day trip to Chobe National Park and an early bird river trip. it was a luxurious and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a stunning location on the banks of the Zambezi River. The hotel may not have been a 5-star resort, but the friendly staff more than made up for it. The suite had a nice view, and the Lady Livingstone boat cruise was excellent, allowing us to see amazing wildlife. The shuttle bus to Victoria Falls was convenient and punctual. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

One downside was the presence of mosquitoes. Although the hotel provided mosquito repellent, it would have been better if they had taken stronger measures to control these pests, as they were quite bothersome.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge for our honeymoon. The room had a breathtaking river view and was ready early so we could enjoy it all day. The staff, especially the head chef, went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan diet. The pool and gym overlooking the river were great amenities. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the unlimited drinks and canapes during the sunset cruise. The buffet-style breakfast with a view of the Zambezi river was unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.
