The breakfast was amazing, with fancy lights and great food. The cappuccino machine added a special touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I also loved the fact that there was a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. I was very impressed with the high level of comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

The building itself is a beautiful, well-preserved palace with a century-old lift that adds charm to the experience. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. Although I was on the top floor and had lower ceilings, it didn't bother me at all. The best part was the amazing sleep quality - the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Spent my Christmas holidays at a charming hotel that was full of character! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all essential amenities, including air conditioning. the best part of the stay was the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure guests were happy. the location was perfect, within walking distance to public transport links, and the popular sights easily accessible.

The internet connection wasn't the best in the room, and the fan wasn't cooling enough during the hot weather. the noise from the trams outside was occasionally disturbing, too.
