We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were excellent and our room had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and we were impressed with the attention to detail. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and we were able to enjoy a delicious meal to start our day.

I recently stayed at BW in Lusaka and it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is nice, with clean rooms and a good location. We enjoyed walking to many places and also hired a taxi for longer trips. The lounge and pool bar were great for relaxing with drinks. The breakfast selection was extensive and we had a satisfying dinner in Sangalalani. The staff were exceptional - very helpful, friendly, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. a great value for money experience.

The service at Best Western Plus was exceptional. When I had some issues with the drain, fridge, and shower, the staff immediately fixed them and even left some fruits in the room as a gesture of apology. The attentive and prompt service made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options and the location of the hotel was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The place is nice and clean, with superb facilities like a gym, restaurant, and swimming pool. The location is perfect, close to malls. We were impressed by the beautiful and clean boardroom for our online meeting, and the excellent internet connection. The staff, both at the hotel and the restaurant, were very nice and helpful. it was a successful stay!

Spent a lovely thanksgiving at a hotel close to all the sights. The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were very helpful in kickstarting my day. I also loved the comfortable beds and the chic decor of the rooms. One of my best experiences was enjoying a drink at the stunning lounge with a view of the city!

I had a minor issue with my shower-head, but the friendly staff was quick to resolve it. While the room was clean, there were some cosmetic issues with stains on the walls.

The hotel provides a warm reception and has lovely and clean surroundings. Guests can enjoy sitting by the pool area in the evening, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, and the cleaning staff is attentive, respecting personal belongings without moving them around. The breakfast is good, with well-cooked food, and the staff is welcoming and readily available. The environment is conducive for resting and working.

The housekeepers need to pay more attention to room cleanliness, specifically the bedding's that were not changed during a guest's entire stay.

Cleanish place, easy to find near main road and attractions. Front desk tries to be helpful, sometimes misses. Staff extremely helpful, especially Esmeralda and Nason. Comfortable room with big bed. Quiet room requests mostly fulfilled. Nice facilities including gym, restaurant, laundry, massage, and swimming pool. Beautiful, spacious boardroom for online meetings with excellent internet connection. Friendly and competent staff. Great breakfast. Delicious wood-fired pizza and grill options. Clean rooms, fast and stable internet, and good location on Great East Road. best value hotel in the city.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's nice pool and the fact that the road noise wasn't a bother. The rooms were spacious and reasonably priced, and the staff were really friendly. We also enjoyed the bar and the complimentary fruit. Plus, the hotel provided fast wifi and a good breakfast spread. Additionally, they gave us passes to a great gym nearby.
