The rooms are spacious with king size beds, providing a comfortable stay for larger groups of friends. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring that any queries or concerns are dealt with promptly. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including a casino and club with great music, as well as a clean pool for guests to enjoy.

The hotel occasionally experiences noise disturbances, such as loud live bands during events, which can disturb guests' sleep.

I recently stayed at the New Fairmount Hotel in Livingstone for a week. The food was lovely, and the Chef and team were exceptionally nice and friendly. The staff went out of their way to customize our menu and were welcoming and impressive. The Queen Suite I was upgraded to was roomy and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and gave great advice on places to visit and eat. The hotel also included a free transfer to the airport and late check out. a very friendly and hospitable hotel.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
