I recently stayed at Radisson Blu in Lusaka and had a great experience. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. Special shoutout to Bwalya Mwila and Natalie for their outstanding service. I received a complimentary upgrade with a mini bar, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also offered a wonderful African buffet in their restaurant, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had a memorable stay and would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Radisson Blu for business purposes and had a wonderful time. The fitness center was excellent and the pool was massive and spotless. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced, especially the breakfasts which had a fabulous variety and went on until 11am. The rooms were modern and clean, and the internet quality was good. a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Lusaka, which offered a warm welcome and great customer service. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we particularly enjoyed the upgraded en-suite room with a full fridge. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and high-quality food. the hotel also provided convenient services like an airport shuttle. We also loved the attached restaurant, which offered a fabulous all-you-can-eat option. it was a great value for money and we were pleased with our experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was second to none. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the nice gym facility and beautiful swimming pool. The hotel's location across the street from the East Park Mall was convenient for banks, shops, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast buffet was lavish with a variety of options. The staff was attentive and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with transportation and making connections.

The pool area and pool restaurant were simply amazing. I loved spending time there, enjoying the clean water and the delicious food. the size of the room was also impressive. It was spacious and comfortable, giving me plenty of space to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located near key attractions and facilities, allowing me to easily explore the city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the power box in the room made a constant annoying sound, which was quite bothersome.

The wait staff in the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with luxurious amenities and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits to a full English breakfast.

There were some issues with the efficiency of the service, such as forgetting complimentary items for a special occasion and delays in resolving room maintenance problems.

Dislikes the service: Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant was lacking. We had to ask multiple times to get assistance, especially during the evenings.

This hotel offers exclusive and luxurious amenities. the staff provided excellent service and fulfilled all of our needs. We enjoyed lounging by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and soaking in the jacuzzi. the beauty treatments and manicures were exceptional, and we felt pampered in the steam room. the sun terrace and loungers allowed for relaxing views of the garden area.

We had one minor issue with the restaurant service, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. the packed lunches and special diet menus were limited in options.
