From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfy beds and fantastic room service, everything was top-notch. the housekeeping team was efficient, even when I ordered late-night food. the breakfast spread was fresh and scrumptious, perfect to start the day. Not to mention, the spa treatments were a real treat. I loved the stunning views of the Zambezi River, and being able to see hippos from my room was a truly unforgettable experience.

If I had to pick one downside, it would be the pesky mosquitoes at night along the riverbank. Make sure to bring bug spray, although the hotel does provide some.
