The location of the lodge is ideal, as it offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city. The pool area provides a great space to relax and unwind. the lodge's kitchen facilities allow guests to prepare meals comfortably, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Some aspects of the lodge, such as the lack of consistent taxi pricing and the need to pay for Wi-Fi, could be improved.

Mind-blowing value for money! Authentic and family-friendly with fan and mosquito nets in rooms, beautiful garden, clean pool, and lovely kitchen area. Helpful staff provided useful info and organized transport. 20-min walk from town, 30-min walk from Victoria Falls. Free vulture feeding nearby. Super chill ambience, small pool perfect after exploring. Receptionists were nice and helpful. Cozy place with cool decoration and fish spa.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with mozzie nets and fans. Sweet on-site doggo named Oreo. Good value for money, one of the best hostels in the area.

All I wanted to do was go on game drives and walks and enjoy a delicious breakfast on the outdoor patio while taking in breathtaking views of the falls.

Guess it's just my luck that the rustic, traditional accommodation wasn't sealed properly and allowed all the mosquitos to have a splendid feast on me.

We had a great stay at a charming backpackers lodge. The rooms might be small, but the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are clean. The property is beautifully arranged with a swimming pool, an observation deck with a view of the falls, and a fish spa. The common area was a great place to meet other travelers.

Some of the additional activities offered by the lodge were overpriced.

I recently stayed at the Backpackers Lodge for a week-long adventure in Victoria Falls. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making my experience even better. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, allowing for enjoyable walks to town. The wifi connection was reliable throughout the entire property, and the shared washrooms were always clean. Daily room cleaning and a valuables safe at the front desk provided added convenience. Plus, the provided mosquito nets for all bunks were a thoughtful touch.

This hostel offers a comfortable and safe stay with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, like J, are friendly and make sure you have a great experience. The dorm rooms are stylishly furnished with an African touch and kept very clean. You can enjoy the refreshing swimming pool area and relax on the communal balcony. They also provide affordable meals for breakfast and dinner. The town is filled with nice eateries and the area feels super safe.

One downside is that some of the rooms might be noisy, especially if they are located near the toilets or showers.

The staff at Backpackers Lodge were incredible! They went above and beyond to help us organize our activities and transportation. We arrived in the afternoon and needed lunch before our activity, and the breakfast chef kindly made us something even though they don't have a cafe or restaurant. The room had everything we needed and the hostel was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this hostel for anyone staying in Victoria Falls. I had a great experience and would recommend it.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at this lodge were absolutely AMAZING - they organized a taxi for me, made check-in a breeze, and even helped with arranging activities and ordering pizzas after dark. They went above and beyond by surprising me with a special birthday meal and cake. The paid wifi was actually good, which was a pleasant surprise considering the area. The location was peaceful and the pool was fantastic for relaxing. For backpackers, this is hands down the best option in the overpriced area. The surroundings were beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful and honest, offering suitable options for our specific needs. The bathrooms were the best we encountered during our trip. The lodge had plenty of comfortable common areas and a well-stocked kitchen for self-cooking. the attention we received from the staff was outstanding, making our trip even more memorable.

We had an amazing time at the Backpackers Lodge. The staff, especially Adi and Oli, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were super friendly and helpful, making all our wishes come true. The lodge itself is cozy and comfortable, with no problems at all. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The location is convenient too, within walking distance to the city center and even to the falls. And if we didn't feel like walking back, we could simply text Oli and they would send a driver to pick us up. we had a fantastic and adventurous experience in Africa.
