Cannot find any fault.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was close to all the main activities and attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel also offered a wide range of facilities, including a pool and a restaurant, which added to the overall experience.

There were a few things that could have been better. the breakfast options were not always fresh and the quality of some of the food was disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with the suites being well-maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the three pools that provided a refreshing break from the heat. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding wildlife and being conveniently close to both the town and the Falls. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Nothing not too like.

Staff were welcoming and made us feel like family. Food was excellent with great restaurant view and beautiful sunset. Lodge perfect for animal viewing, suites spacious and ideal for 4 adults, drivers helpful. Family suite had 3 large bedrooms, each with ensuite, and private lounge and outdoor area. Pool was beautiful and fun, with breathtaking view of National Reserve waterhole. Zimbabwe staff were friendly, helpful, and happy. Perfect end to the day.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the spa and wellness center was a haven of relaxation, and the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off from the African heat. I especially enjoyed the special diet menus and private facilities, which made me feel like a VIP. the room advantages were exclusive and added that extra touch of indulgence. the entertainment and leisure room was also a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The only negative experience I had was with the location of this hotel, it seemed a bit far from the main attractions of the area. This caused some delays in my plans, but the hotel was always accommodating and helped with arranging transportation.

During my xmas trip, I appreciated the variety of activities available in the immediate area, such as seeing beautiful falls and experiencing exciting safaris with professional guides. the rooms were very spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with many options to choose from.

They seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive to the guests’ needs. the noise level was quite high, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
