During my Xmas stay, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. One of the key location facts was the availability of a bus that took us to the main square. Another advantage was the size of the bed - it was really comfortable!

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast wasn't good and lacked variety.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Skanderbeg Square, just a short bus ride away. The room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, doing their best to assist guests. Despite the shortcomings of the breakfast, the hotel offers other facilities like a coffee machine in the room and a minibar. The view from the hotel is also pleasant, with the opportunity to enjoy the cityscape.

The hotel lacks sufficient electrical outlets in the room, making it difficult to charge phone and use bedside lights.

The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean, with a particularly impressive bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. Despite the language barrier, the two English-speaking staff members were helpful. The bed size and room dimensions were suitable, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Aspect: Everything was spot on.

At this hotel, we were pleased to find exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The pristine room with private facilities, impeccably tidy and great bathroom, the excellent service we received, and the cozy Bar/Lounge area were some aspects that we appreciated. The hotel's location was advantageous, with easy access to the bus stop for visiting nearby tourist attractions.

We noticed only one minor issue during our stay; there were no Jacuzzi facilities, which we were hoping to have.
