Hotel Plaza Opera exceeded my expectations for the price point. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two. The location was excellent, walking distance to the heart of the city and convenient for transportation. The staff, including Andrea, Federica, Joshua, and Sergio.

The rooms are clean and modern, and there is a great terrace on the roof for relaxing. The breakfast is good and there is free WiFi that works well. The hotel is also near shopping areas and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel's handling of a last-minute change to a sister hotel was disappointing. the replacement hotel had a lower standard and was not worth the cost.
