What a great city break experience! the staff were the best! They were friendly and welcoming, and they made the check-in process quick and easy. the location was perfect for my explorations, with easy access to everything I wanted to see, and the room was clean and comfortable. the view from my room was breathtaking, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings.

Despite the good service, there were a couple of things I wasn't happy with. the lifts were a bit noisy, and the announcements every time they stopped were a bit irritating.
