Spacious and well-equipped rooms, perfect for preparing basic meals. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and a supermarket nearby. The staff at the reception was very pleasant.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the capital city and within walking distance of the downtown area. It's also conveniently situated at the beginning of the main street, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, well-sized, and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered from 8 to 10 am is amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food, including Spanish sausage, grilled sausages, eggs. It's definitely worth it even if you come towards the end of breakfast time.

The noise, which could be a bit bothersome at times.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the staff were incredible, always helpful and polite. They made me feel welcome right from the start. Secondly, the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable during my entire stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions and amenities I needed. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious, providing a great start to my day.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

My Thanksgiving stay at a hotel in Andorra was quite enjoying. The central location was perfect for exploring the main shopping street and Andorra's unique attractions. It was easy to get around, and we felt at home during our stay. The hotel offered a secure and affordable parking option, which made getting in and out a breeze. The spacious rooms and good heating were a welcome retreat from the chilly outdoors.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, and we had a hard time sleeping. The breakfast was typical with not much variety, but it was enough to start the day.

The location of Hotel & Apartahotel Serhs Cosmos was fantastic, just off the main street. It made exploring the area very convenient. I also found one staff member named Olga to be extremely helpful and friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable.

Brilliant location, next to bus stops and shopping, neat river nearby. Very good staff. Retro feel is good, interior facilities and decorations in good condition. Spacious, well-equipped room. Useful kitchen. Supermarket nearby. Easy access to city centre. Pleasant reception staff. Amazing, polite staff. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Upgrade to comfortable 2-bedroom apartment.

The rooms were nice and clean, perfect for friends who are going out at nights. The location was excellent, with easy access to the ski resort and walking distance to old town. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the option to use the facilities at the other SEHRS hotel.

Felt very secure, no complaints.
