My stay at Spa Termes Carlemany was absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel is ideal, with convenient parking nearby for those traveling by car. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my room was cleaned daily and providing fresh towels and bathroom amenities. The room itself was cozy and had a breathtaking view. The hotel's isolation was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful and quiet stay. The WiFi worked flawlessly, allowing me to conduct video calls without any issues. The breakfast, although an additional cost, was definitely worth it. The spa was a true highlight, and I particularly enjoyed having it all to myself. Additionally, the hotel was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Loved the private Jacuzzi with cava, felt like a fancy hot tub party. The hotel's unique green copper facade made me feel like I was staying in a glam shopping district. Free swimming pool access was a refreshing perk.

Breakfast staff tried to speak Russian to me, so confusing. Ski transfer service was a joke, no availability at my preferred times.

It is also in proximity to the Granvalira Skiing center, perfect for those looking for winter sports. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers a jacuzzi where guests can relax after a day of activities.

The communication with the staff at the spa could be improved, especially for guests who don't speak Catalan or Spanish.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right by the river and just a short walk to the big shopping street. The staff here are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I asked if they could open a bottle of wine I had bought and they even gave me a bucket of ice and wine glasses to have in my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice view and the soothing sound of running water from the river outside. I was also impressed by the temperature control in the room, as it was kept nice and warm, perfect for someone like me who is sensitive to the cold. The service here is top-notch, with everything you buy at the bar put on your room tab to be paid at check out. Plus, the Wi-Fi is fast and free!

The spa at this hotel was a true highlight of our stay. We indulged in the sauna, jacuzzi, and hammam steam room, which provided a much-needed relaxation. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options like pancakes, eggs, pastries, granola, and yogurt. We even treated ourselves to some bubbly! The location was perfect, just a short 7-minute walk to the central square. Additionally, the hotel had its own parking, located conveniently nearby, which made our stay even more convenient.

One drawback was the noise coming from the river outside. While the rooms were well isolated, we couldn't have the window open for too long due to the noise.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The view outside the window was amazing; breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains. The location was very convenient, close to the ski slopes so we didn't have to travel far.

The staff seemed unapproachable and unwelcoming. They didn't make us feel comfortable and were not very helpful when we asked them for recommendations on what to do in the area during New Year's Eve.
