The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was professional and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. this hotel provided a once in a lifetime experience in the desert.

Despite the advertised breakfast hours, the buffet was closed earlier than expected, leaving us hungry and frustrated. It seemed like the staff was aware of the issue but had yet to address it.

Beautiful surroundings, helpful staff, great food, cool swimming pool, and a closer look at the crater even in hot summer. Hotel has everything, even ibex! Would definitely choose it again for our next visit to Mitzpe Ramon. Surreal topography, recommend jeep tour to experience incredible terrain.
