The service at reception was very helpfull, guiding us on local sights. The restaurant menu lacked variety and became repetitive quickly.

check-in was an absolute disaster, with an unfriendly receptionist who seemed bothered by my very presence. and don’t even get me started on the parking situation, as I spent 80 euros for public parking. a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but I guess that’s too much to ask here. definitly woudl ve been a good stay otherwise.

The hotel is in a fantastic area, with the delicious Cheese's Art just a few steps away and the scenic Caldea thermal spa a short walk from the door, making it super easy for city strolls in Andorra la Vella. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, which added to the comfortable atmosphere during my stay.

The room was stunning, with beautiful furniture, and the breakfast offered a great selection, including traditional bread that I especially enjoyed. Staff were professional and attentive, ensuring everything was clean and well-maintained during my stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, which hindered my ability to work in the evenings. Despite this setback, the experience still offered tremendous value for money.

Conveniently located near shopping and grocery stores, this hotel also served an impressive breakfast. However, parking comes at a steep cost, and the lack of designated areas for drying ski equipment can be a hassle for winter sports enthusiasts. The staff were friendly and multilingual, adding to the positive experience.
