The staff were lovely and very helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony where I could relax and take in the picturesque surroundings. The hotel also provided a complimentary water taxi to explore the nearby restaurants and Gallion's Beach, adding to the romance of the place. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

We enjoyed sitting out on the beach in the evening, and the small store nearby provided convenience. The staff, especially Cecil the boatman, were always helpful and available. We felt safe at all times within the heritage site of Nelson Harbour. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with historical charm, located right at the picturesque Nelson Dockyards. The views from our room were amazing. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the main restaurant and the pool restaurant. The pool area was lovely, although it can get a bit crowded at times. The hotel staff, especially Shama and Montana, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, with walkable restaurant options and a beach nearby. I would highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel.

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to several great restaurants and a charming dockyard. The pool area was a favorite spot of mine, with comfortable cabanas and hammocks to relax in.

The furniture in the room could use an update, but overall it was spacious and clean. There were some issues with rowdiness and security at the pool, which the hotel management seemed to be unaware of or unresponsive to.

The location of this Inn is unbeatable, with easy access to all the fabulous boats in the area. You can also enjoy a short walk to Jackie O's beach club and a variety of great restaurants. there is a nearby beach where you can relax and soak up the sun. The rooms are well presented and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the bar and restaurant is breathtaking, adding to the overall appeal of this hotel.
