For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel's location in Recoleta was perfect, right next to Florida Street and within walking distance of major attractions. The staff, especially Matias at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could be improved with quicker replenishment of items, especially the hot and savory options.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Buenos Aires. The staff went above and beyond to make my trip enjoyable. They allowed me to store my extra luggage while I traveled to other countries, and even had it waiting for me in my room when I returned. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The room itself was the nicest I've stayed in during my entire trip to South America. It felt like a luxury hotel, comparable to some of the best in the US. Considering the value I received, the price was surprisingly low. The fact that the staff spoke English was a huge bonus for me. I would definitely book with them again if I return to Buenos Aires.

I had a really good stay at Carles. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with many points of interest within walking distance. The Wifi worked well and the breakfast was quite good. The staff, especially Lara, were very accommodating and made great recommendations. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. I had a great experience at Carles and would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a perfect location in BA. It was so easy to visit all the attractions from there. The staff at Carles Hotel were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was blissfully silent, thanks to the excellent insulation. The bed and sheets were of top-notch quality, and the office chair was great for using our laptops. The bathroom was also very nice. this hotel offered the best quality and price we have experienced after staying in over 50 hotels.
