The room was surprisingly spacious, allowing me to move around comfortably. I loved the modern design and cleanliness of the hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to subway and railway lines. The coin laundry was a lifesaver during my trip. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn again when I visit Osaka.

Excellent value and great location! the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel delivers two free bottles of water daily, which was nice because we used them throughout the day. the subway stations were all nearby, and it was easy to get to every part of town. One of the best perks was the facility where we could deposit our bags after check-out and they would be secure while we felt free to explore around until our flight time.

The room was smaller than we expected with not enough space for storing our luggage. We felt cramped with two suitcases and were not too fond of the pillows being different kinds.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It's situated between two subway stations and two local train stations, making it incredibly convenient to explore both the city and surrounding areas. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with brand new facilities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. I especially loved the attention to detail, with amenities provided on the 2nd floor and a delicious breakfast available. The value for money was exceptional too, making this hotel a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.
