Great location, close to restaurants, bars, subway, and parks. Spacious rooms, large bathroom and closet. Good breakfast buffet with friendly restaurant staff. Nice spa, gym, and swimming pool overlooking the city. 🏨

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of Palermo Hollywood, surrounded by a plethora of amazing restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is situated on a quiet street that was not only convenient, but also quite picturesque.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

It is within walking distance of several fine dining establishments, ensuring that guests have plenty of options for meals during their stay. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing a pleasant environment for guests to relax in after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel's check-in process was lengthy and unprofessional, causing inconvenience for guests upon arrival.

The complimentary chocolates upon arrival were a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and helpful with directions to nearby shops and restaurants. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and near public transportation. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the skyline.

The noise from the street was pretty bad and made it hard to sleep at night. there was no soundproofing in the rooms, and we could hear everything that was happening in the corridors.

Upon arrival at Casasur Palermo, I was pleasantly surprised by the stylish design of the hotel. The lobby area exuded a modern and trendy vibe that immediately caught my attention. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, featuring a lovely balcony with chairs where I could relax and enjoy the view. The bathroom was well-appointed with two sinks and a luxurious shower. The front desk personnel were friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with charming cafes and other amenities nearby. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Casasur Palermo.
