We had a wonderful and modern stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautiful, and the shower was the best my husband has ever had! The coffee they served was also the best we had on our trip. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right near some of the walking tracks, making it a perfect choice for families with children who want to explore the beautiful nature around. The spacious and clean rooms offer comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The friendly and helpful staff, like the Receptionist, are always ready to assist and provide recommendations. The hotel also has a restaurant where guests can enjoy fantastic dinner options, like the trout-filled ravioli.

Lunch options at the restaurant were limited, with no warm dishes available during bad weather.

We stayed at a hotel in El Chalten during Christmas, and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast and free spa access. the hotel was located in a central area close to restaurants and a supermarket. We also appreciated the range of trail options for hiking nearby.

Our experience was dampened by the poor customer service we received from some of the hotel staff. They appeared to be disorganized and uninterested in meeting our requests.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities including spa treatments, a sauna, and a heated swimming pool. the staff was friendly and helpful, meeting all of our needs. the location was ideal, near main hiking trails and allowing for exploration of the small town. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food.
