I was pleasantly surprised to find a portable crib in my big, comfortable room with a breathtaking mountain view. The location of the hotel is fantastic with plenty of options for food and activities nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa services were excellent, especially the massage therapist Gisel. I would highly recommend this hotel, despite a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel's location is perfect, with outstanding restaurants right next door. I'm glad we didn't stay in the busy center square. The room was spacious and elegant, with a great view of the Andes. The staff provided excellent service, even meeting us at the airport. The breakfast had a great variety of items, including delicious Argentine 'facturas'. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the daily evening glass of Malbec wine was a classy touch.

The drains in the bathroom were a bit smelly, and the hotel used too much air freshener to mask the odor, giving us a headache.

The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of fruits, breads, juices, and even champagne. I loved the breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs and sausages. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegant, with a great view of the Andes.

I had a great experience at Diplomatichotel. The staff was professional, bilingual, and always ready to help. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by bars and great restaurants. It was easy to walk or take an affordable taxi to other parts of the city. The outdoor pool was a perfect place to relax during siesta, and I loved enjoying a late afternoon glass of wine in the hotel's restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including made-to-order eggs and cappuccino. The concierge was very helpful, and the hotel had excellent pool facilities.

My Xmas stay was great! the complementary breakfast was a delicious way to start the day, and the wine tasting every evening was a perfect way to unwind and mingle with other guests. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. And the best part was the beautiful pool area where I enjoyed many hours of relaxation and sunbathing.

the marble floors and chandeliers in the lobby set the tone for a truly decadent experience. Our room was large, clean, and had exclusive amenities that made our stay feel special. the Spa and wellness centre was relaxing and the massage service was impeccable. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for soaking up the sun on the sun loungers and the poolside snack bar meant we could indulge without leaving the pool area. the breakfast buffet was varied and absolutely delicious.

The location was a bit far from the main attractions, so we had to take a taxi to get around. there were not enough power outlets in the room.
