During my recent stay at a stunning hotel in a fabulous location, I had the pleasure of staying in a double deluxe room with a little balcony overlooking the main square. The view was breathtaking and perfect for people watching. The staff, especially Gabriela, were extremely polite and helpful, making arrangements for airport transfers and a trip to Auschwitz. The hotel's concierge service was top-notch, ensuring convenience and great pricing. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk, and fresh fruit provided daily. The breakfast was plentiful, with an abundance of fresh fruit and delicious omelettes. The hotel also went above and beyond in storing our luggage and arranging a last-minute taxi for our departure. The Wi-fi connection throughout the hotel was excellent, except in the breakfast room. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks like the lack of a mirror outside the bathroom and limited storage space, my experience at this hotel was excellent.

wentzl exceeded our expectations during our family holiday in krakow. the staff was friendly and organized our airport transfers and tours seamlessly. with a perfect location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in krakow.

We had a room with a view on the square, and it was absolutely stunning. The atmosphere and decoration of the room and the hotel overall were top-notch. The staff here were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Great location on Cloth Market Square with a stunning view of the church. Modern, clean and bright rooms on the 4th floor. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from all the bars and restaurants. Helpful and courteous staff, providing excellent concierge service and assistance with various needs. Plentiful breakfast with a good selection of fresh fruit, freshly cooked omelettes, and other delicious options.

We had a fantastic stay at Wentzl! The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel provided bicycles for us to use, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The staff at Wentzl were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice on getting around and what to see. The hotel's location right on the main square was perfect for exploring the old town and trying out the best restaurants. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location, Stunning Views, Excellent Service

During my recent stay at a hotel in a central square location, I was delighted to find that my room had a small patio opening up to the lively square below. The view was absolutely stunning, with the Mariacki Church and the main square right in front of me. Despite the busy atmosphere, the noise was not a problem on the top floor.
