I had an amazing stay at Los Cerros. The value for money was excellent and the room was top-notch, with a breathtaking view of the valley. The location was perfect for exploring the area's beautiful hikes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing helpful advice and even a welcome drink. They truly made our stay special.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is located on a hill, providing stunning views of the little city below. It is conveniently close to everything you would need in town, from the bus station to restaurants. The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff is helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

This place is located on a small hill away from the noisy main street, making it the perfect spot for hiking between the two best trails. The service here is excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The spa and wellness center is a great feature, with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage services. The garden area is also lovely, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The on-site restaurant offers a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area is a great place to unwind after a long day of hiking.

The view from our room was amazing, and we were in the perfect spot for accessing the town and hiking trails. We didn't have to use our car at all during our stay. The complementary breakfast was really good with plenty of options, and we loved the fact that we could order eggs the way we wanted them. , the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

The jacuzzi was out of order while we were there, and the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement. However, we were still able to relax in the room and enjoy the view.
