the staff at Internacional were incredibly polite and always ready to help. the room was clean and had everything I needed, including shampoo and conditioner. the breakfast, which was included, was good enough to start the day. the staff at breakfast were also very friendly and made an effort to communicate with us despite the language barrier. I also loved the comfortable lobby where I could relax and wait.
