During our stay at Madero, we were impressed by the efficient and helpful staff members who promptly responded to all our emails. We also loved the fact that the floors in our room were wooden, as it helped with our allergies. The bar area was good, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel organised a transfer operator that was of high quality.

Close to being a great hotel

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The surrounding area offered a variety of excellent dining options, and it was conveniently located near the main attractions of Buenos Aires. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for us to rest after a long day of exploring. Although there was a slight inconvenience with the cleaning service timing, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we would definitely choose to stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Buenos Aires.

Felt very welcome, nothing was too much trouble

Had a great Christmas stay. The breakfast was amazing and completely complementary. The rooftop spa was also a great surprise. The location is just what we were looking for with easy access to restaurants and shops.

The wifi policy was a bit frustrating. We were restricted to two devices and had to buy extra airtime which was then taken off our bill.

Nothing it is perfect.

Well-located in Puerto Madero near restaurants. Ideal for runners with good road runs nearby. Quick access to business district. Quiet, clean, and modern. Impressive restaurant. The hotel is located in the rapidly gentrifying area of Puerto Madero, close to nice restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood very near the city center. The rooms are pleasant and well-appointed, with great amenities such as a coffee machine. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast offers a good selection of dishes.

The pool area is in a run-down condition, which detracts from the overall experience.

This hotel is a luxurious escape in a prime location. The exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and rooftop pool with sun loungers, fulfilled all our needs for relaxation. The spa centre offered a variety of massages and the steam room was a great bonus. The restaurant and bar offered delicious meals and drinks with private facilities available upon request. The sun terrace with beach umbrellas provided the perfect spot to take in the beautiful surroundings.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of drinkable water in the room. The hotel provided two complimentary bottles upon arrival but did not replace them during our stay.
