The variety of meals available was impressive and everything tasted delicious. The staff, especially Gerhard, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The pool was a favorite among my kids, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

It was also in the center to all attractions, specifically the V&A waterfront Shopping Mall. The service provided was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning all available. The housekeeping and laundry services were excellent as well. The airport shuttle was convenient and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff paid close attention to detail and provided exceptional customer service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxation.
