The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, especially Thaamir, who provided excellent recommendations for local activities. Though my family room lacked sufficient towels and amenities for four, the gym equipment was modern and the buffet offered delicious breakfasts, albeit with limited variety.

During my stay, I faced numerous issues that left me frustrated. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed, causing long waits for check-in and service requests. Additionally, the shuttle service was unreliable. after waiting in the rain with my children, we were left behind because the bus was full, which ruined our day out. To top it off, the parking fees were unexpected, and the coffee machines at breakfast were not functioning properly, contributing to a chaotic start to the day.

I loved how convenient the shuttle service was, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. My room was comfortable with a stunning view of the city and Table Mountain.

i was almost ready to leave a good review, but the dirty carpet really did it for me, and the tiny shower? pure travesty. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but it never came. don't even get me started on their lack of communication about paid parking, what a joke.

the location is super convenient, only a 7 min drive to the v&a waterfront. the shuttle service is great and runs every 30 min, so no hassles. breakfast is really good with so many choices, loved the egg station. staff is friendly and always willing to help, made us feel welcome. we had comfy beds and quiet rooms which made for a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast was superb, especially with friendly chefs at the egg station. Plus, the complimentary shuttle made trips to the V&A Waterfront with my mom a breeze, and the views of the harbor were absolutely stunning.

My wife says that a greater variety of dinner options would have made it easier for our family to find meals everyone enjoyed.

Great Location with Welcoming Staff

Had a pleasant 2-night stay in a spacious room, though the check-in started rocky as our payment didn't reflect initially. The friendly staff made the difference. Be sure to try the nearby Italian restaurant for a delicious meal. Tip, Use the complimentary shuttle for quick trips to the waterfront!

the water pressure in the shower was low which can be uncomfortable. the location is good for rideshare to sightseeing.

The staff were heaps friendly, especially at breakfast, but I found the room a bit dusty and cramped. Chur for the convenient shuttle to the waterfront, though!

the southern sun has a great central location, making it easy to explore. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially marilise at the egg station who made the best omelets. we also loved the outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. the views from our room were stunning, overlooking the city and table mountain.

the breakfast was fantastic , especially with mary-ann cookin’ up those omelets like a pro. the manager, yonele, went outta his way to get our stuff back after we forgot it, really thoughtful! clean and tidy everywhere, made it super chill to relax.

Couldn't ask for more.
