The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool was clean and refreshing. We were impressed with the prompt and helpful room service. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Vivanta.

The room was super spacious and had all standard fixtures, plus a fresh fruit platter on arrival! the buffet breakfast and dinner were jaw, dropping delicious, and the comfy beds ensured a sound sleep. Room service was lightning fast, and the ample parking was a huge relief. the EXCEPTIONAL staff provided exceptional support, especially Sumit, making the stay mind, blowingly pleasant. the top, notch housekeeping by Gayatri was just incredible, earning a dazzling 10 out of 10! A truly peaceful and comfortable retreat with excellent service and yummy food.

Vivanta Surajkund is the perfect weekend getaway, located close to Gurgaon yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is conveniently situated right by the door entrance outside towards the aisle, offering stunning views of the Surajkund Mela ground. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for families with children. The staff is highly courteous and takes good care of the guests' requirements, ensuring a memorable experience. The breakfast spread is amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The top floor location adds to the serenity and tranquility of the hotel.

The dinner experience at the restaurant on the first floor was not up to the mark, but it does not overshadow the overall excellent hospitality provided by the hotel.

During our city trip, we had a great hospitality experience. the staff was friendly and arranged complimentary cake and bubble bath for a birthday staycation. We also enjoyed a 20% discount at the spa. the location and breakfast spread were worth mentioning.

We did not like the pillows as they were either too hard or too soft but not of medium firmness. the wet area didn't have a Jacuzzi, which we would have loved.

The friendly staff, delicious food with a variety of cuisines, complimentary cake, cordial spa staff, spacious suites, superb spa.

The service at this hotel is simply fantastic. the courteous staff and their cooperative nature made our stay all the more comfortable. the luxurious amenities, including a great fitness centre and a lovely swimming pool area, added to the exclusive experience. the high quality food was a treat, even though slightly expensive. the room price is economical and offers great value for money. the location may not be the best, but once inside the hotel, it doesn't matter.

While everything else was great, the food was slightly overpriced. But this minor issue can easily be overlooked in light of the exclusive amenities that this hotel offers.
