I had a great experience staying at Reina. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and next to the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The room and bathroom were newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The staff, although they didn't speak English, were friendly and patient with my limited Spanish. I especially enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast, especially the pastries.
