We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, from our initial reservation to our check-out. They were quick to respond to our requests and even helped us arrange transportation. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the center, shopping district, and great restaurants. Everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance. The terrace pool was a highlight for the kids, and the other guests were friendly as well. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a well-designed bathroom that made it easy to bathe the kids without making a mess.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The only downside was that we didn't have time to try the breakfast, but seeing how popular it was among locals during lunchtime, we can imagine it was delicious.

During our recent stay at Howard Johnson La Canada Hotel & Suites, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and politeness displayed by the staff. They were always ready to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with just a short walk to the city center. our experience exceeded our expectations.

There was a minor inconvenience with one of the elevators not stopping at our floor to go down. On another day, the alternate elevator also had issues.

Great breakfast options. Convenient location near restaurants and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice terrace pool for kids. Comfy beds and efficient bathroom design.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a short stroll from the city center and shops. the staffs were hospitable and polite, making us feel welcomed. the breakfast was filling and appetizing, with a wide range of options to choose from.

The language barrier was a significant issue for us, as communication with the reception staff was challenging due to their limited English. the pool was quite cramped and not suitable for active swimming, while the pool's surroundings were poorly marked which led to painful bruises.
