During our recent stay at Parque Espana Residence Hotel, my family and I had a wonderful time. The 2-BR Premier Apartment we booked was spacious and well-appointed. The views from our windows were stunning, and we enjoyed the separate living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony. The bedrooms were comfortable, with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and the guest room having a single bed. The apartment also had separate air conditioning units for each room, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

Although there were a few drawbacks such as the small rooftop swimming pool and the narrow passages in the parking area, overall, our experience at Parque Espana Residence Hotel was excellent. The staff were accommodating, and we felt at home with the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access nearby malls and shopping centers. It is central in Alabang where everything is close, allowing us to easily find groceries, malls, and even a hospital. The proximity to the shopping center was a huge advantage, as we could easily do our shopping and enjoy a wide range of dining options. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful, accommodating our requests for takeaways and deliveries and ensuring that our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There were a few issues with the room we stayed in. The bathroom was a bit outdated, which was a minor inconvenience.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, with a cafe, supermarket, ATM/banks, and restaurants nearby. The service was exceptional, as they immediately offered to move us to a quieter room due to construction noise. The spacious rooms with kitchenwares were a bonus.

Efficient staff, prompt responses, premium location and view, great food, modern interiors. Receptionist provided excellent service. Welcome drinks included rum and coke, and vodka. Short water supply interruption was quickly resolved. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff, especially Ms. Monique and Ms. Canela, were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, and the property was excellent for our needs. The 2BR Premiere room was spacious and well-designed, with complete appliances and kitchenware. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the stay, and we loved that the baby cot was provided for free. The pool was great, although we wished it was heated. The nearby central park was also a bonus, as we enjoyed spending time there.

The highlight was the free baby cot provided for our one-year-old, which made our stay even more comfortable.
