The hotel had a fantastic rooftop terrace with a bar and a breakfast room that offered panoramic views of the city. The free secure underground car park was a bonus, especially considering the difficulty of finding parking in the city. The staff at the front desk were friendly and responsive, and the complaints were quickly addressed. The complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room on the top floor was appreciated, as it provided a spacious room with a nice view of the city.

The hotel did not have a swimming pool. Additionally, the breakfast area seemed to be makeshift due to the renovation of the rooftop terrace, and the quality of the breakfast was low.
