This hotel is a luxurious escape where all our exclusive amenities needs were met. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the beauty treatments, full body massage and foot massages, provided us with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The sun terrace, sun loungers, garden area and beach access were outstanding too. The restaurant served delicious dinner and in-room breakfast.

There was a minor issue with the live entertainment, which was not as good as expected. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this venue for its outstanding services and exclusive amenities.

Great outdoor activities and beautiful views! We loved the kayaking and hiking options. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right on the lake with stunning scenery. The pool was also a highlight: it's heated and offers a tranquil space to relax.

I had the pleasure of staying at Las Balsas during my recent trip to Patagonia. The hotel's stunning location on the shores of a beautiful lake made for a truly picturesque setting. The service provided by the staff was excellent, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Although the dinner fell a bit short of my expectations, I later learned that the chef was on vacation. Despite this, the overall experience at Las Balsas was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat in Patagonia.
