We had a great experience at Hotel Granada in Puebla. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and offers easy access to the city's attractions. The cleanliness of the room was a highlight and it was evident the cleaners took pride in their work. The hotel restaurant served a good breakfast with an ample variety of choices.

The hotel lacked basic amenities. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep at night. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the hot water was unreliable. The room was noisy, which made it challenging to sleep. The staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful, as they appeared to be more interested in attending to the needs of local guests rather than guests from out of town. Ultimately, the hotel fell far short of expectations.
