I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of Palermo. The location was absolutely perfect, with all the main attractions just a few meters away. The staff here were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. The rooms were elegant and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The best part was the price - it was such a great deal compared to other options in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

Located in the very center of Palermo Soho, this boutique hotel offers a perfect location. Guests can easily access great restaurants and bars in the pleasant neighborhood. The rooms are chic and immaculate, with comfortable beds and gorgeous decor. The staff, particularly Adrian, provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel also offers a nice breakfast buffet and the option to store luggage for convenience.

On the weekends, the noise from the street-facing rooms can be a bit bothersome.

The hotel has a good location in a lively area, with lots of bars and shops around. It was also nice to have a comfortable and cozy place to spend Christmas day in. We appreciated the effort made by staff to decorate the lounge area with Christmas decorations, which created a festive atmosphere. the rooms had decent amenities such as a mini-fridge and free wifi.

The rooms were small and not particularly well-maintained, with some broken fixtures and scuffs on the walls. the lack of a restaurant onsite made things difficult on Christmas day when many places were closed.
