The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to assist us. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. The breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic! We could see beautiful views from our hotel windows, especially at night. The room, although a bit small, was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pleasant setting of the pool/breakfast room. The staff, particularly Imealano and a young girl, were helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in Recoleta. the room was spacious, meticulously clean, and well-appointed. the front desk staff were the nicest and most helpful people I've encountered. the breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard was delicious, and it started each day in a delightful way. There were even current converters for different plug types, a thoughtful touch.

We stayed in a lovely hotel in a quiet and beautiful area close to attractions and good nightlife. The suite was clean and comfortable, with a soundproof window that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing an early breakfast for our early flight. The breakfast had a decent selection and the wifi was fast and free.

The service regarding all aspects of the hotel was below par, with difficulties in changing the checkout date and poor performance from the front desk.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with exquisite design and luxurious amenities. the spa center provided a relaxing atmosphere with a steam room and heated swimming pool equipped with sun loungers. the restaurant had delicious options in their buffet breakfast and the staff provided in-room breakfast service.

Our street-facing room was occasionally noisy, but this was easily overlooked due to the comfortable and exclusive advantages provided by this hotel.

Great breakfast options, comfortable rooms with a kitchenette, and a fantastic location with easy access to delicious restaurants and shopping nearby. We especially appreciated the helpful staff and free Wi-Fi, which made our business trip a lot easier. the complementary welcome drink and fruit basket were a nice touch.

The street noise was quite loud at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. while the rooms were generally clean, we did notice some wear and tear in certain areas.
