The breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing, we enjoyed a great variety of delicious food. The staff at the buffet were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the historical ambiance of the place. the hotel is located in a palace with stunning paintings and artifacts, which added a touch of charm to our stay. the proximity to Quinta da Regaleira was also a major plus, as we could easily explore its beautiful grounds. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day right.

We did have a few minor issues. the towels in our room had a slight stale smell, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of elegance and service. the decor in the room and public spaces was tastefully and elegantly done. the service provided by the staff was of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a great view from our room, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

One downside of the hotel was the difficulty in controlling the temperature in the bedroom. the thermostat was unresponsive, making it impossible to adjust the temperature according to our preference.

Spent Xmas in a beautiful hotel with lovely Christmas decor. Free hot chocolate and mulled wine in the lobby were a nice touch. Great location close to many tourist sites. the view from the terrace was breathtaking.

The price was quite steep compared to other hotel options in the area. the room was a bit dated and could use some updating.

The views from this palace are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning panoramic views of the coastline. the rooms are spacious and luxurious, fitting for a palace-type hotel. the breakfasts are to die for, with a hidden gem of the best French toast in the world. Additionally, the staff is fabulous and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were even able to rent a scooter through the reception with no extra cost.

We were disappointed with the additional charge for wifi, which seemed unnecessary and excessive. We also noticed some lack of attention to detail, as used cups were left untouched in our room and water around the hotel was not replenished.

Staff is well-trained, friendly. Furniture, setup resemble 15th, 16th centuries. Found complimentary bottle, fruits, chocolate after dinner at restaurant. Unique, beautiful location. Diego, Beatrice informative and welcoming. Easy access from Lisbon. Stunning view, large room, comfortable bed, ridiculous large bathroom with magnificent lion claw bathtub. Amazing property, outstanding service. Felt like honeymoon. Will definitely return.

Our stay at the Tivoli in Sintra was absolutely amazing! We felt like royalty staying in a historic palace with beautiful rooms and attention to every detail. The staff made us feel welcome without being too over the top. The location was fantastic, nestled away from the crowds but still a short walk to the bustling old town with great restaurants and shops. The service was top-notch and the breakfast was phenomenal. We loved spending time in the spacious gardens and indulging in afternoon tea. Highly recommend this unique and special hotel experience!

As someone who is backpacking, I loved the walkable location, the lovely old building, and the large, quiet room. The comfortable bed and excellent breakfast were also highlights. The hotel's common areas, dining room, and pool area were very good, and the free parking was a bonus. The terrace with room 5 offered wonderful views.
