Our New Year's stay at this small hotel was truly unforgettable! the attention to detail in the decoration of the rooms was superb, and the room itself was very comfortable. the view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. the hotel's proximity to a key attraction made getting around a breeze.

There were just a couple of minor things we didn't love. we found it inconvenient not to have a fridge in the room, and secondly, there was no coffee making facility which was a bit disappointing.

Small, private hotel with a sophisticated and grand atmosphere. Only a few couples stay here. Staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Amazing setting with spectacular lake view. Good breakfast selection. Memorable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the lakeside with stunning views of the Nahuel Huapi lake and the Andes mountains behind it. It was a peaceful and quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The room we stayed in offered the best views we've ever had from a hotel, and the sundeck around the pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The entrance to the hotel wasn't very welcoming, with a parking area right in front of it.

I had a delightful stay at a charming villa with stunning views. The common spaces, spa, and pool were exquisite. The owner, Marcus, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with eclectic artifacts. The sun deck by the pool was the perfect place to unwind. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us to explore the Arrayanes National Park. The location was convenient, just a short drive from the town center.
