my stay was rather disappointing, like the air conditioner that failed to cool my room. i couldn’t even enjoy breakfast in peace because the room was dark and felt like a dungeon. honestly, i almost thought about complimenting the staff, but they do need to learn what special treatment means. definitely not my idea of luxury.

Despite the friendly staff, my experience was far from satisfactory. My room was located in an older part of the hotel and appeared somewhat rundown compared to my previous stay. Additionally, I encountered chaotic check-in and check-out procedures, which included receiving unexpected charges and navigating confusing billing practices. Finally, the air conditioning in my room was too noisy, disrupting my sleep, making my stay quite disappointing overall.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring, with fabulous eateries and cultural spots nearby. The room was cosy , clean and delightful , and breakfast offered a pleasant variety until 11 am.

Unfortunately, check-in procedures felt a bit unusual, as my credit card details were noted on paper instead of using secure methods. Plus, some areas in the hotel appeared to need a little cosmetic upgrade.

truly memorable. From the doormen offering great local tips to the help we received for our restaurant reservations, it felt like a home away from home. The jazz club in the basement added a unique charm, providing a cozy place for dinner and entertainment.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast with an omelette station made mornings delightful! The location was perfect for exploring nearby parks and eateries.

The elevators were frustratingly slow, especially during busy times. Additionally, the gym was cramped and lacked air conditioning, making workouts uncomfortable.

the breakfast was excellent with live piano music. the rooftop pool is tiny and crowde.

We had a great experience,, especially when the staff allowed us to check in early after our long flight. Plus, they arranged for our airport pickup which gave us peace of mind, considering the taxi scams you hear about. The breakfast was amazing too. it was a buffet with a chef making omelettes fresh just for us.

It wasn’t inexpensive but worth every penny for the service and experience we received.

Superb area makes for easy reach of major interest points. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious with diverse options, all fresh and well-prepared.

The bathroom setup could use a bit more space for hanging towels. Also, some areas in need of a little cosmetic upgrade.

the room was spacious and came fully equipped with a coffee machine. the staff was extremely polite and provided excellent service. breakfast featured a live pianist and a wide variety of options which were delicious. 🥐🎹

Loved the cozy atmosphere and vibrant jazz club downstairs. The breakfast buffet was delightful with fresh fruits and pastries! However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Would return!

The live piano during breakfast was a lovely detail that set a relaxing vibe. We also enjoyed the Jazz Voyeur Club's vibrant atmosphere—truly gorgeous for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff helped us feel right at home, especially with a toddler in tow.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area should be cleaner.

The in-room breakfast was a treat every morning—fresh pastries and coffee! The staff was super chill and helpful, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which made streaming stuff tricky. Still, a really lovely experience!
