The staff at Mio were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly special. They remembered our names and greeted us warmly every time we returned to the hotel. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to shops, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern and attractive decor. The breakfast was delicious and the bed sheets and towels were of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Mio Buenos Aires hotel is located in the best area of Recoleta, close to LA Biela cafe and next to the famous Recoleta cemetery. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The staff was professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered amenities such as a library and a spa, adding to the overall experience.

Some guests mentioned that the hallway carpets were stained and the furniture in the guest room was worn and shabby.

The staff was fantastic - especially Marcelo at the front desk and Luna in the breakfast area. Location is amazing - one block from Recoleta Cemetery and in the heart of the historic and elegant section of BA. Our room was big and our bed comfy. The spa is nice, with a heated indoor pool. The breakfast was tasty, plentiful and well-stocked. The room had great blackout curtains that kept the air conditioning in and the heat out.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and elegance. The exclusive amenities, such as the full body massage and sauna, made my stay even more enjoyable. The Spa centre is a true gem, offering a wide range of treatments and services. The indoor swimming pool is simply stunning, and the sun terrace is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The room advantages were also impressive, featuring comfortable beds, lovely décor, and private facilities. The staff were always available, providing excellent service and making sure that all my needs were fulfilled.

The only minor issue I encountered was the breakfast. While the food was delicious, the restaurant was a bit busy, and some of the buffet items were not refilled for new guests.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent toiletries provided. The breakfast was high quality with a great variety of options. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many popular landmarks and shopping districts. it was a nice touch to have a special CD playing in the room upon arrival.

The beds were not as comfortable as expected, with two beds pushed together instead of having one large bed. , the noise from the elevator could be heard every time it opened and closed on the floor, which was a bit annoying.
