During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the large Junior Suite, which featured a beautiful hand-carved wooden bathtub and a cozy sitting area. The fresh breakfast included an extensive selection, and the staff were always attentive and helpful, remembering my preferences quickly.

Minor issues with housekeeping corrections needed.

The wooden bathtub in our Deluxe Double Room was incredibly charming and added a unique touch. I adored the immense breakfast spread, especially the delightful pastries and fresh juices. The serene atmosphere of the spa provided the perfect escape after a day of exploring Buenos Aires!

The location is fabulous just steps from a vibrant area filled with cuisine options and unique shops. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing great advice on local attractions and even assisted with tickets for sightseeing.

Though the breakfast was varied and enjoyable, the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak times. A little more space would enhance the experience.

That wooden bathtub in our room was a sight to behold, y’all! The breakfast spread was downright heavenly—couldn't get enough of those pastries. The staff was as sweet as a Georgia peach, always ready to lend a hand. Didn’t wanna leave! I reckon I’ll be back real soon, just loved every moment.

Housekeeping could use a complete overhaul. towels and toiletries were frequently missing!!! The decor feels dated, and some furnishings are frayed!!! Odd placement of the tub makes it impractical for regular use!!!

What a gem! Our Deluxe Double Room was stunning with a spacious area and a beautiful wooden bathtub. The attentive staff surprised us with a free room upgrade for a birthday celebration. Breakfast was an indulgent European spread. Perfectly located in Recoleta, making exploration a breeze. Exceptional service throughout, truly a memorable experience!

Consider enjoying the delicious breakfast early to avoid crowds, as peak times can make the dining area feel cramped.

breakfast options were absolutelye mediocre for a 5-star hotel, and those massive curtains? Why would they make them so hard to open? I woudl ve enjoyed the shower more if I hadn’t had to walk through the toilet area to get there. Also, it's baffling that a room upgrade wasn’t offered due to these inconveniences, just could not believe it.

We stayed here for 3 nights,,,, and it was fantastic! The room was very spacious,, had this cool sitting area plus a bright atmosphere that made it feel welcoming. The location is prime, right near a bunch of great spots to explore and relax. I truly felt like I owned the place while lounging around.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain or anything,, but worth every penny for what you get.

We had an incredible six-night getaway with a fantastic breakfast buffet and a stunning wooden bathtub in our room. Just wish the hot water was more consistent. Would definitely return!

This was just an excellent fit for a stopover in Buenos Aires with fantastic value. The king bed was super comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. Be sure to enjoy the great rainwater shower for a refreshing start to your day.
