They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a good supply of water and complimentary refreshments. the bathroom was also impressive, with a good shower pressure. the location was great, within walking distance to green spaces, restaurants, and coffee shops. Special mention to the man behind the desk who accommodated our late check-in and provided luggage storage on the day of check-out.

Spent Christmas holiday at a decent hotel in a very nice location. the staff was lovely and provided two complementary gifts, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the area had plenty of good restaurants and cafes.

There was quite a bit of street noise, particularly at night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Buenos Aires for a few days and had a great experience. The receptionist, Dario, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us with information about our ferry to Colonia. The room was clean and the hotel itself is modern and in perfect condition. The location was ideal, close to a supermarket, McDonald's, and a bakery for quick and convenient meals. The staff was super friendly and proactive, and there were plenty of taxis and a nearby subway station for easy transportation. a fantastic stay!

Everything in the hotel was modern and in perfect condition. the room we had was small, but it had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom. the hotel provided a fridge with a fee to use, but they also offered a complimentary breakfast with water, coffee, tea, toast. the amenities, such as air conditioning and a Samsung LED TV, were up to standard. the hotel's location was its best feature, situated in the middle of the city, near the metro, and surrounded by numerous taxis. There was also a small open mall called Plaza Arcos just around the corner. the area felt safe at all hours.

The breakfast wasn't included, but there were plenty of options within walking distance. While there were a few minor issues such as water on the bathroom floor due to a low sink and towels that needed replacing, overall it was excellent value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked adequate space for relaxation. The bed was also uncomfortable, and the sheets didn't fit properly, causing them to come off during the night.

The staff is helpful and can speak English. Great for shopping and close to botanical gardens and trendy Palermo area. Rooms are modern and high standard. Fridge with available snacks. Strategic location near taxis and metro. Safe area with nearby open mall.

The bed was comfortable and clean, allowing me to rest well after a long day exploring the city. The location in Palermo was also nice, with easy access to the main areas of Palermo Soho and Hollywood. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. They even accommodated my daughter's upcoming trip to Buenos Aires, which gives me peace of mind knowing she'll be in good hands. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its reasonable price and pleasant atmosphere.
