The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. the restaurant in the hotel was also excellent, serving delicious meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. the rooms were spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was the pool. It was quite shallow and not suitable for swimming laps, which was a bit of a letdown.

As young families, we loved the large and well-lit rooms, comfortable beds, and great baths. The staff, including Diego, went out of their way to answer our questions and meet all our requests. The breakfast was the best we had during our stay in Argentina. Parking was available at the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires - Mgallery. The spa was absolutely wonderful, and I treated myself to two massages during my stay. The staff went above and beyond, holding our luggage for three days and even accommodating us with a late checkout. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. The included breakfast was delicious and the onsite restaurant served great food. The location in the Recoleta area was perfect, with a beautiful park just across the street. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, although it was a bit shallow for lap swimming. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

the room was spacious with a beautiful balcony and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was well-appointed, and I loved the tub. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Diego at the front desk. the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options. the hotel was clean, organized, and everything was in good working order. We also enjoyed the tasty food in the lobby. We would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to others.

Additionally, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The included breakfast was delicious, and the spa was a fantastic bonus. The staff even held my luggage for a few days and accommodated a late checkout, demonstrating their exceptional service. I highly recommend Mgallery for a fantastic stay in Buenos Aires.

Although the hotel provided excellent amenities, the soundproofing could be improved. I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms and the corridor, which affected my sleep quality.

The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby throughout the day. the location was great, within walking distance of many attractions and shops. We particularly enjoyed being close to a charming square and park, perfect for a romantic escape.

We could hear every little noise from neighboring rooms, the hallway, and even outside. we were caught off guard by the unexpected fees and charges that were not communicated clearly to us.

This hotel is simply luxurious! the exclusive amenities provided trumps other hotels I've stayed in. the Spa and wellness center has a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and a massage service. My room was well, appointed with a coffee machine and exclusive room advantages like spacious rooms with a hard, wooden floor.

The only minor issue I had was with the service. Although the staff was friendly, in, room breakfast was a bit pricey.

The standouts for lunch are the pasta dishes, delicious Mediterranean food. The staff speak English and Spanish at the reception, where non-stop assistance is available. The European-style Negresco Bistró serves delicious cuisine.

The only thing missing was a private butler to fan me with palm leaves while I lounged by the pool.
