This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk away from Sukhumvit and a big shopping mall called Terminal 21 that has everything you need for a good time. The rooms are comfy and the bathrooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The hotel also has a restaurant called "Palm Bar and Rest" that comes highly recommended.

The decor in the hotel hasn't been updated in many years and looks a little shabby.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Bangkok. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the BTS train station and a great shopping mall nearby. the concierge staff were friendly and helpful. it was a great place to stay for a few nights.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the shopping centers on Sukhumvit and the vibrant street food scene. The room was comfortable and stylish, with spacious bathrooms and clean toilets. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. We especially loved the pool, which had a lovely environment and a massage pool. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.

There was construction going on during our visit, which was a bit of a downside.

My recent stay at Park Plaza was wonderful. The rooftop pool was a highlight - great for a swim and happy hour drinks. The lifts were incredibly fast and efficient. Despite some minor maintenance issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel did not have the little toilet flush showers, which some may find odd in this day and age.

Nothing not to love.

I was surprised by this place and its truly exceptional service. The staff here, from the cleaners to the waiters to the front desk personnel, are all fantastic and really make you feel welcome. The location is also perfect, being within walking distance of everything in the Sukhumvit area, right by the Asok skytrain station. The hotel itself is in the Soi 18 area and is close to the nightlife and a number of great restaurants. The leisure swimming pool and sun terrace are beautiful and relaxing, while the fitness studio is well-equipped for those looking to work out. The breakfast buffet has a big selection of items, and the poolside snack bar is a great place to grab a bite. The rooms are also very comfortable and offer a welcome drink on arrival.

If you're looking for a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel offered two complementary welcome drinks and served delicious set dinners at a reasonable price. the location was ideal for exploring the city center, with various street food options nearby. the rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

The towel policy to protect the environment was not followed by the housekeeping staff, who changed towels even though we hung them on the rack to dry. the daily breakfast was limited and not up to par.

The pool was a highlight of my stay, offering a great place to relax and cool off. The bartenders were attentive and always ready to serve up a refreshing drink. Additionally, the currency exchange right outside the hotel provided great rates for exchanging money, making it convenient for travelers like myself.

The size of the hotel was a disappointment, especially when compared to the larger ones nearby. The "city view" I was promised turned out to be a view of a parking garage, which was quite underwhelming.

Stayed at a great central hotel with friendly and helpful staff. the location on Soi 18 was perfect, providing a quiet escape from the busy area of Sukhumvit Road. the hotel had a small gym and a nice pool. the room I booked, the Executive Studio Suite, was comfortable and quiet. it was the best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip.
