The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms even have two bathrooms, which is a convenient feature. Moreover, the breakfast offered is satisfying and adds to the overall positive experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Juan and Julian. They provided us with detailed information on how to get from the airport and even helped us find tours in the surrounding area. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of many tourist attractions and close to the bus station. the facilities were comfortable and the wifi worked well. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage after checking out. a pleasant experience at Santiago.
